Unfortunately I don't have much good to report about today's stage. It was not good for the team on the whole with the loss of Frank due to his crash yesterday. Then for me personally I lost time in a stage I definitely shouldn't have. It's a big disappointment, but the week is still young and there is lots of opportunity to hopefully get some back. The one good note is that the weather was nice today! Good night.
