Groceries!

Does this look like $75 worth of groceries? I don't think so, but I guess that is what you get for bulk and good quality. This was the first trip to Sam's club in almost a year. Lisa and I no longer have a membership, but one of our good friends does and he allowed us to be his "step children" today. Thanks Shane!

Other news... not much. Been training again on the road and hitting the trails on the mountain bike (literally at times!) Doing a little running as well. Overall things are great. Relaxing today watching football and perhaps a trip to a state park north of town to check out the fall colors this afternoon. Take care!
